Miss Exotic Beauty Catherine Colle

The August 2011 interview is with exotic Brazilian beauty Catherine Colle. She recently won the Miss Exotic Beauty 2011 competition and it’s no surprise! She’s the girl you see walking toward you on the street and you can’t help but stare! Aside from modeling in everything from being the video vixen for Adult Swim to Maxim Magazine to beauty pageants, she hosts TV shows and is featured in the upcoming movie Halloween House of Horror by Patriot Pictures. Citynet Magazine proudly presents the ultimate girl next door, Catherine Colle!

Where’s home?
I’m from Sao Paulo, Brazil but now I live in Los Angeles, USA!

What was your first big modeling break?
My very first big modeling break was actually in Brazil. There was this big fashion show in my city and every girl wanted to be on it. I thought I had not even a little bit of chance, I was only 14 years old, but in the end I tried the clothes on, the owners of the clothing stores liked me and there I was walking the catwalk.

How does it feel to be crowned Miss Exotic Beauty Miami 2011?
It feels great! I’m really happy to be holding this title. It’s something I will remember forever!

What has been your favorite acting gig so far?
It’s hard to answer! I love every job I do, but I think I had more fun when I was a reporter in Miami for Midway Labs. I know this is not much acting, but was one of the best times I had in front of the camera!

Who has been your greatest inspiration?
I have to say it’s my dad because he is such a good, motivating, positive person. He is always telling me to go further and to never give up! Every time I think of him, I remember how he built an empire in Brazil from scratch! He was always so focused and he definitely inspires me to do the same!

How long can you be away from your mobile phone without going crazy?
Aw! I don’t know! Maybe one day. But more than that, I would go crazy for sure! Haha!  My phone is my life, I got my calendar, everything I need to do is on my phone.

Are you more of a guy’s girl or a girl’s girl?
I’m definitely more of a guy’s girl. I like to hang out with guys much more. I don’t have many girl friends, just a few because they usually don’t like me and so they don’t get to really know me. I don’t know why it’s like that, but I always used to have more guy friends when I was in school, and I’m really close to my dad and brother. I think maybe it’s because girls tend to be kind of distant with me for some reason, but guys are always nice to me.

Name one thing you would bring with you if you were stranded on a deserted island.
Well I think I would bring my dog Peach a Yorkshire Terrier, because she would make me company and I know I can never get bored when she’s around. She’s an active little dog!

At what age did you realize that men would melt in your presence?
Hahaha! This is funny, I really don’t know, I think I started getting lot of male attention when I was 15…

What’s the most common question that people ask you?
They always ask me where I’m from, because of my accent. Since my first language is portuguese they can  easily pick up my accent whenever I talk.

Tell us at least one thing every man should know about women.
Hmm. That’s a tough one! I guess I would say that women in general like romance, at least I do. Nowadays people forget about it with all the nightclubbing going on, but women like to receive flowers, to be treated nice and listen to the guy say his true feelings and not just some guy that is full of himself!

What’s one thing you want the world to know about you.
That I absolutely love American history! I know from my looks, most people think that I got no brains, but I’m actually really into history and science. I actually considered studying history in college. But on my free time I’m always reading a book or watching a series about it. I even visited the president’s official residences, John Adams, Washington (Mount Vermon) and (Monticiello) Thomas Jefferson! So, yes, I’m obsessed with them.

Any guilty pleasures?
Chocolate and ice cream sandwiches! I eat them way too much and I always end up feeling guilty afterwards, I kill myself at the gym and go on days eating only salad, just to make me feel better but I gotta have a little bit of chocolate everyday or else I go crazy! haha

Describe your perfect night out.
I think my perfect night would start having dinner at a nice restaurant, then going out somewhere new where you could talk to whoever you are with, drinking some wine and eating some cheese. I’m actually not a party girl. I’m more mellow and I like to relax on my days off. So I usually do more chill stuff, like going to the movies or shopping. I like to go out once in a while. I’m usually always busy so whenever I have a free time I want to just sit back, relax, read a good book and sleep in!

Any wild parties or other craziness?
In the past, I used to be a lot more into parties and I guess the craziest thing I’ve done was when I used to live with my dad in Brazil. He had to travel for 3 weeks to Europe, for business and I stayed by myself in the biggest penthouse in town. I didn’t think twice and invited all my friends over for all 3 weeks, everyone would sleep there and we would party all 3 weeks! So, obviously I used to be a lot different than I’m right now.

What do you think is your sexiest body part?
I think is my eyes! I like how they are exotic looking . I know guys think I have other sexier body parts but I honestly think that one look can say a lot more than any other body part!

Best pick-up line used on you?
I can’t remember a specific line, but I know I love when the guy is being honest with me.

Favorite upcoming projects?
I have some other magazine shoots that I’m going to be doing, another film project coming up on the end of this year and also another reporter project for October! So I’m very excited for all of them!

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
In 5 years, I see myself completely independent, with my career goals achieved and hopefully my personal goals too.
