GSN TV Host Stacey Hayes

The October 2012 spotlight interview is with model and TV personality extraordinaire, Stacey Hayes! You’ve seen her host GSN’s Lingo with Chuck Woolery, appear in countless magazines (like Playboy, Stuff, and so many more with hot photoshoots!), music videos, TV shows, and of course the Howard Stern Show! Find out why girls hate her, what happened after she appeared in Playboy and more as Citynet Magazine proudly presents Stacey Hayes!

Where do you call home?
I currently live in Beverly Hills, CA.

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Mostly a professional ice skater in the Olympics. I think the twinkly tight costumes had a lot to do with it. I still love tight and twinkly clothes!

How did you get into modeling?
I did my first movie at age 3, first TV commercial at six months old and modeling just seemed to follow easily.

Describe the Playboy experience.
Okay jumping from childhood to Playboy… I guess that was a lot in between those! two Ha ha ha! I had a great time. We shot at a private Malibu beach house and it was gorgeous. Many of the photos were taken on the beach soaking wet as the sun went down…

You’re best known for co-hosting Game Show Network’s (GSN) Lingo (with Chuck Woolery). Was it shocking to fans to see you pose for Playboy?
Yes, definitely. In fact, I got in a little bit of trouble for that one. LOL! No further comment!

You’ve worked so many other celebrities. Any standouts?
Sasha Baron Cohen is a really interesting man when I met him on set (Borat) when he was approving wardrobe he was the most reserved serious Englishman I have ever met. Then when we began shooting he immediately went into character. Those are definitely, definitely characters he portrays they are nothing like him at all!!

You’ve been on everything from Manswers and Howard Stern to Days of our Lives. Which appearance(s) is your most memorable?
Oh Howard Stern by far Howard is one-of-a-kind and when he strapped me in the tickle chair. Seriously, I will never forget that one. My goodness!

What does it feel like to be immortalized on Benchwarmer trading cards?
I love shooting for Benchwarmer! It’s always a lot of fun and the cards are super cute. I still get a lot of fan requests for them to be autographed

Can you live without a mobile device by your side?
Well, I have to admit I am quite addicted to the iPhone, really can do without it. It’s my news and entertainment apps that keep me up-to-date with what’s going on in the world. Otherwise I think I probably wouldn’t have any idea!

Give us a fun fact about you.
I can eat and drink what ever I want without ever having to count calories or worry about gaining weight. Yes, it’s true and girls hate me for this!

Are you into sports?
I am extremely athletic. I grew up as a competitive ice skater and I have always been very athletic. I run 5 to 6 miles every day. I love going to baseball, basketball and football games and I love English football. Manchester United!!

Are you more of a guy’s girl or a girl’s girl?
I love men of course but I am a pretty girly girl I love my girlfriends.

Do you have a story about how you got away with something? If so, spill it!
I get away with so much on a daily basis but if I spill it then maybe I wouldn’t be getting away with it anymore! Ha ha ha!

What’s your favorite (alcohol) drink? Why?
On a hot summer day I love a cold beer. The rest of the time white wine. The sweeter the better.

Best or worst pick-up line used on you?
Okay here it goes a guy said to me “did it hurt ?” and I said “did what hurt?” and he said “when you fell from heaven because clearly you’re an angel” I don’t know if that’s the worst or the best but it’s a memorable one!

What’s the most common question that people ask you?
“Is your English accent fake?” (It’s not!)

Who would you love to meet?
I wouldn’t mind meeting the president. That would be fun right?

Favorite upcoming projects?
I am shooting a new movie for the BBC. I’m also excited about a upcoming nightlife and entertainment show I am hosting in Vegas… Working in Vegas isn’t really working at all!

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Doing what I love! Hosting and modeling and acting and kicking it on the beach in Malibu which is something I do all the time anyway. Life is good. Hope it just keeps going in the same direction!
