i take energy drinks most of the time when im going to do general cleaning in my small studio flat, every time i take it i could feel that my teeth grinds after sometime usually when im already in the middle of my cleaning work.

I was drinking monster and started having joint pain. I finally went to the doctor and got a blood test. The doc got my results back and told me that i wasd lacking vitam D. THE doc told me my bones were like a 60yr old mans bones so i took 1 pill that was 50,000 units.It made my bones fell so good.I let 6months go by and my dumbass drank ((((1))))monster and it knock me off my feet for 3 days.I know one thing im never going to touch that stuff agin.I was wondering if anybody has gotten a lawyer and done anything about this problem please let me know something

My son is 22 and a college student. He was working an event and they were passing out free Red Bull. He drank 15 in an 8-hour shift and woke up at 3am with heart palpitations and was rushed to the ER. His blood pressure was 190/120 – stroke range. They put him on an IV and brought his blood pressure down. Two weeks later, the palpitations happened again. He has been to a cardiologist, had a cardiac MRI, stress test, and Echocardiogram. We are still waiting on results. Before this, he had NO health issues at all. He played high school and college football. Now, even his career choice is at risk because of drinking Red Bull. Do NOT drink this drink, it is dangerous.

This is a very informative article. I see alot of people hear having alot of health issues from these energy drinks. I thought they weren’t good for you, but didn’t know they were actually causing issues. I don’t drink these drinks. I don’t believe I will start. I have quit the sugar-free stuff, also. I have been taking an all natural energy drink that does give real energy and no crashing, as I hear alot of people have with these others drinks. If you are interested contact me.

I’ve been drinking an energy drink for a couple of yrs now in every time I drink some, my shoulder hurts like hell. I wonder if it’s the caffeine or some kind of ingredient in it. Oh well I have stop taking the product and the pain has vanished. Weird!

I drink sugar free monsters and redbulls pretty often a few (3-6). I’ve been drinking them for about 3 years, I’ve been drinking more this year, I’m very active and eat healthy. I’ve been feeling really dizzy lately I noticed it was within the hour that I drank an energy drink. I fell down and slammed my head on the corner of a concrete flower box thing, that’s how uncontrolled I was of my body. I had to go to the hospital and get stiches, the doctor diagnosed it as something that’s seen a lot in teenagers mostly girls, but they said the main reason was because of dehydration, well I make sure I drink A LOT of water through out the day, so I knew that couldn’t be it and also when I drink energy drinks within the hour I feel a very sharp pain in my abdominal area, it can last for hours. today I tried buying a monster (sugar free) , but the guy said I needed an I.D!!!? wth I have to be eighteen to buy that now?! Stupid.

I’ve been drinking monster for a week about 2 cans a day and I havent been drinking water or eating more than once a day I just had a emotional freakout and my family calmed me down. monster is not good nor any other energy drink when not used in moderation

Just my $0.02 on the subject – I have been an avid drinker of Monster (2-3 cans per day) EVERY SINGLE DAY since 2004 when it hit the shelves at the gas station around the corner from my house. My personal experience has been exceptionally good with this product. For example, I used to get sick frequently from colds, asthma attacks, bad allergies, respiratory infections, etc. Since indulging in the energy drink “craze” (please keep in mind, Monster is the only one that I drink) I have noticed an astoundingly significant boost in my immune system. Again, this started within the same 3-4 month period that I began buying the drinks.

Given the fact that it has been roughly 7 years of multi-daily consumption, the caffeine no longer gives me the jittery energy, but is rather a smooth transition from feeling “blah” to “ok, I have stuff to do, let’s knock it out”. I have one first thing in the morning with my “wake-up cigarette”, one around lunch, and, if I feel like going out to the bar or whatever after work, I’ll have another. Throughout the day I drink a bottle or 2 of SmartWater or Gatorade to keep myself hydrated and eat/snack as usual. I can honestly say that Monster has had a positive effect on my life, you can take this info however you want it, but until the day my heart explodes or diabetes sets in, I have no negative connotations regarding this product. I started drinking sobe arush they took them off the shelves for a few months I was so addicted I nearly cried…seriously it sucked. I was stoked to see them back at our town store but they were totally different they didnt make you feel like you were on legal cocaine we all know what this stuff feels like and theres only one explanation for it…thats exactly what it contains just cut legal forms of substances that are drugs that yea columbians cant grow and meth heads cant make in tubs and sell you in a bottle of oj the fda is never going to help they allow it as a part of population control. aspertame fromaldyhide all the shit that kills us really they just allow we have too much technology to save everyone and the world is only so big and theyre only so wealthy they dont care theyll never tell you the truth. Mabey we should quit I am a mother of only one amazing little 2 year old I have not touched “drugs” in over 6 years but i know i feel guilty when i drink about 3 a day keeping up with my life being dependant on legal drinkable drugs. Im quitting tonight after 6 years of energy drink dedication wasting my money and my life rockstars since 2005 i have developed major night siesures taking all 4 quadrants of my brain andf making them electrically short out and turn back on so to say sparatically leaving me without air for 3 mins brain damage occurs everytime i have heard i dont knw where i am who i am just my son and i get dizzy all the time doctyors falsly medicated me and i almost died i hate you rockstars! If I had of known my whole life it was energy drinks… I lost my husband too by the way to these side effects they are extreme and NO ONE SHOULD DRINK ROCKSTAR PRODUCTS! I honestly if I ever get in trouble for this post I will bring all my medical info to the courthouse wherever in the world it may be because theyre fin up and they should go down!what if a baby drinks it seriously wtf r we thinking? why does the government want us drinking meth?…..think about that

my sister has just passed away,she had a cardiac arresst.she was drinking about 6 energy drinks a day.she was 43.i am convinced these drinks had something to do with her passing.she was perfectly healthy before these drinks.we have since found out that she was suffering from palputations.and was also unable to sleep.they should be banned.perhaps some people wil think i am trying to find something to blame.but after my reserch on these drinks i think i am right.she did drink them excessively,but we never knew there any dangers in this.people need to be warned.xx

When I wake up during the day I have two cups of coffee throughout the day and then I usually have a energy drink or two before work since I work third shift at UPS. The cost gets steep after awhile so I figured I had better look into something else. I had always heard bad things about caffeine pills and their evilness but upon a review about it I came to the conclusion that the arguments aren’t really easy to uphold. Most people will drink coffee and energy drinks but think negatively of caffeine pills for some odd reason. Caffeine should still be taken in moderation of course and it is no answer to a lack of sleep as well.

Overall certain pills give me a good boost to help me get through my night at work and so far no bad side effects. I did notice I can’t sleep sometimes so my solution was just to take a pill a little earlier. I take a whole pill since I am not really to sensitive to caffeine but if you don’t know how you will react than you should probably go with a half or so. You will know pretty fast if you had to much so just don’t over do it and don’t feel you have to absolutely always have them to get through what you need. You can probably get a good habit going if you think you absolutely have to have pills to get you through everything. Make sure you sleep enough since there is no substitute for it or you might find yourself driving and feeling the need to close your eyes to rest a second and not have them reopen. If you don’t like coffee or energy drinks I would say these would be the best way to go to get a caffeine kick.

i have a 21 years old grand son that has been drinking red bull and he has had to go to health clinic and be check out to see if he had a heart attack he is so sore in his chest and his heart is racing so bad it is now 3 days later and the pain has not gone away he has to go for more testing to be done and his blood sugar when it was check read that it was 33 he is still not himself all the sugar and caffene thats in those drinks is enought to kill some one some kids are mentally challenge and they dont have any idea what it is they just think it is a healthy drink i would like to see that this drink should not be given to kids or adults if it is that bad for them so where do you draw the line i pray that my grand son is going to recover from this but each day he is not improveing any after more test tomorrow i will post and let you to what the dr said please people and kids think fefore you decide to drink energy drinks and not just the red bull all energy drinks with that much caffene and sugar in them caffene cont in red bull is151.4 thats a lot
