Montreal Restaurant Soubois Uses Real Gold in its Brunch Menu
Open for less than a year, Soubois has become one of the hottest restaurants in Montreal. To some, it’s a supper club. To others, it’s a business lunch destination. Even international celebrities like U2 and numerous other have taken in the original “under wood / underground forest” concept.
Soubois recently started opening for Sunday brunch where we discovered some unique menu items. In this exclusive interview, Soubois chef Guillaume Daly talks about the menu with a focus on the lox (smoked salmon) and cream cheese which comes covered in real gold.
