		<description>I also ran into problems with my pc freezing, and discovered that the included software with the NAS (PcClone  Pro 5) was causing the problem. I registered the software and NAS unit with their respective manufacturers, and reported the problem to same. The software company promptly sent a link to a new version of software that works perfectly! Now, that is GOOD service. I am very happy with my new  D-Link NAS-321, using a pair of 2 TB WD &#039;Black&#039; drives in Raid 1 mode.</description>
