I registered the software and NAS unit with their respective manufacturers, and reported the problem to same. The software company promptly sent a link to a new version of software that works perfectly! Now, that is GOOD service. I am very happy with my new D-Link NAS-321, using a pair of 2 TB WD 'Black' drives in Raid 1 mode.
