Igloofest Montreal

Igloofest is Montreal’s major winter dance party. It’s been going on for several years but this was by far the busiest. Even though the party is held for several weekends, it sold out continuously. On the final night of the event, the tickets were sold out online before the gates were opened. Craziness! Tens of thousands of Montrealers can’t be wrong. This was THE event to come party this winter.

Igloofest takes place in a large open area in the Old Port of Montreal, just south of the Downtown area. The event was incredible, with ravers, dancers, and partyers from all over who braved temperatures of -20 Celsius to dance to the amazing DJ beats.

Our very own Mary Picard was on the scene and she got to interview a couple of the DJs: DJ Hakim Guelmi and DJ Audio Sin (this was his first ever interview in English and he did great!).
