Lou Ferrigno truly is a real life superhero. Fans know him as the original Hulk in the 70s TV show, not to mention being the voice of the Hulk in some of the new Marvel movies!

But few people know how he overcame early childhood bullying and is a voice for owning our own power and taking control of your life. He’s an advocate of physical activity and encourages people to be active as it helps them gain control of their lives.
