There are a bunch of bars and clubs in Montreal that offer karaoke but like most cities, the majority have designated “karaoke nights” which are usually one or two nights per week. Vocalz Karaoke on Crescent street was Montreal’s best karaoke club. This place had an amazing reputation and was specifically designed to have karaoke every single night! Unfortunately, it burned down in fall 2005. There was a fire in the kitchen of Arahova restaurant below the karaoke club. It will be coming back someday most likely but the “passing” of this great karaoke bar leaves an opening in the market.
The bars and clubs listed below apparently have karaoke nights but they don’t have a website (which is pathetic), so it’s hard to tell.
Bar Dakota – 808 Boulevard Rosemont (Wednesday night is for Karaoke, other nights Hip Hop)
