Unique Date Idea: A Human Circus Performance at Montreal’s TOHU

Weather aside, Montreal is a great city for dating. Great restaurants, pleasant parks, waterside paths and boardwalks, hip streets and neighbourhoods, burlesque shows, exciting festivals,… there’s no shortage of activities. In fact, if you can’t find somewhere to go on a date, you aren’t reading enough articles on Citynet Magazine!

you probably didn’t know was that circus-style shows happen at TOHU throughout the year

That said, I’d like to add another venue and series of activities that you most likely never considered: Human circus-style shows.

You’ve heard of Cirque de Soleil so you get the general idea. What you probably didn’t know was that circus-style shows happen at TOHU in Montreal throughout the year.

Impress Your Date

Located near the Metropolitan and Papineau Street, TOHU is a unique venue that is part theatre, part restaurant and bar, and part sustainable farm. Yes, it has a lot of parts!

The venue and group behind the facility consider it a major of hub where culture, environmentalism, and community converge.

If you’re struggling for a date idea, why not give him/her an eye opening experience with tickets to one of their events. I’ve been to TOHU twice and both were impressive.
