Does AI Hinder the Creative Process? Writer Gail Simone Thinks So

In this exclusive interview with comic book writer Gail Simone, she discusses AI usage in story writing. She doesn’t see any way it can help with the creative process, such as plot twists or character development, unless there is theft of someone else’s ideas. Do you agree or disagree with her view?

This is actually a controversial idea. To say that a comic book or even a book or story in general cannot benefit from AI is something to be considered. Especially since there are only so many stories (at their core) to be told. At what point does plagiarism become an issue?
