How to Stay Optimistic

Life can seem like a crazy roller coaster ride sometimes, the key is to enjoy the ride. While some of us get sick or want the craziness to stop, others seem to handle the twists and turns with ease. Learn the step that help you to deal with the daily grind or the crazy train that you call your day to day and set some goals while you’re at it.

1. Learn to focus on what you want

When you listen to yourself and dig deep for what will really make you happy you should focus on it because you know it can change your world. So if you know you want it find a tactful way to peruse it. Get an action plan together and follow the steps that lead to your dream.

2. Have a burning desire for it

The thing that you want should get you very excited, just thinking about it and make you feel great. You should not be able to focus on anything else. According to Michelle M. Brown, Certified Life Coach, “when pursuing a job or a goal you need to be in your sweet spot.” It essentially means you need to feel like this thing is specifically for you. If you go for something and you are unsure about it, you’ll just be spinning your wheels

3. Don’t get hung up on it

Once you have identified what you want and you’ve put it out to the universe that you want this thing then relax. It’s normal to want something then get frustrated when it doesn’t come to you right away. That’s the beauty of releasing the goal. You’ve done everything in your power to go for it and now you just have to let the universe make the decision.

4. Feel good now no matter what

When you realize how good it would make you feel to have this thing right now, it can be disappointing to feel like you’re never going to get it or it’s too far away. Hang in there, you can feel good right now, especially if you can envision the goal and how it would feel. Live with that feeling everyday!
