The latest edition of the Montréal Complètement Cirque festival runs July 7-17, presenting stunning circus acts across the city. Among the numerous shows and displays, you’ll find the Après La Nuit (After The Night) experience. TOHU, a theatre designed for such events, was completely transformed for the occasion.
Après La Nuit is an eclectic mix of acrobatics, ballet and live music. Among the three, all of which were up to par, the music really stole the show.Performed by the Montreal Trio Chances, you can hear the passion in the singers’ voices and the group’s multifaceted musical talents genuinely enhance the overall experience.
Should you go?
Yes! The entire Montréal Complètement Cirque event has many free shows and are worth checking out. While there is a fee for the Après La Nuit show, it’s very much worth experiencing.
