Deep fryer, grill, griddle and integrated warming plate, the Blacktop 360 uses its 24 000 BTUs to crank out one hell of a BBQ dinner. Equipped with cutting board, slosh ring, thermometer, insulated liquid catch bottle, three position lid and carrying case, the only thing you need to buy is a 1lb propane tank and a AA battery to get her started.

Instead of fries or mozzarella sticks, the 20 oz. deep fryer can be used to make chili, scrambled eggs or nacho cheese dip. The infrared grill sears the meat instead of drying it out like coal does.     Simple and very flavorful is just using my cast-iron sliklet. The steak would be Rib Eye and would have a simple salt and pepper rub (or else the Macormic Grill Mates are good too). High heat and about three mins on each side for a yummy med-rare.
